Having grown up a few miles from the music mecca otherwise known as New York City, Collin grew up playing everything from Jimi Hendrix and Iron Maiden to Parliament Funkadelic. His style is best described as an insane blend of funky shredding awesomeness, which was cultivated through both education and experience. Having been accepted to The Julliard School, Collin chose to attend Manhattan School of Music (MSM) for precollege and again for his BM in classical guitar performance. He then secured a Master of Music in classical guitar performance from Florida State University before touring internationally with stops in Canada and Western Europe. He has performed everywhere, from New York’s famed Carnegie Hall to the genre-defying Brooklyn Bowl. Collin and Bryan Walters founded The Phryg together in 2013 and have been on the most excellent of all adventures since.

B has toured and performed across the country and graced the stages of Carnegie Hall, Jazz at Lincoln Center, The Kennedy Center, Joe's Pub and Brooklyn Bowl. When not playing or indulging in music, he enjoys cooking and and his cat Bambi.
